TERMS OF VIBES -

Welcome to HIFI BODEGA RECORDS. We’re a scrappy little vinyl haven run by freaks, for freaks. We sell records, weirdness, and vibes — not bureaucracy. That said, by cruising this site or buying something, you're cool with the terms below.

TL;DR

You browse, you buy, you vibe — you’re agreeing to our terms. Don’t use the site if any of this bugs you.

This site runs on Shopify. That’s the e-comm wizard behind the curtain. New features, products, or cosmic updates? They’re covered under these same rules.

1. AGE + BEHAVIOR

Don’t be shady. You gotta be legal age in your region, and don't use our stuff for anything illegal. No viruses. No scamming. We’ll pull the plug fast.

2. GENERAL VIBES

We can say no to anyone, anytime, for any reason. Don’t copy our site, products, or artwork. Card info is encrypted — but other stuff like shipping info might float through the tubes unencrypted.

3. ACCURACY

We try our best, but sometimes info might be out of date or wrong. Double-check important stuff before making big decisions. We’re not liable if you treat our homepage like the Library of Congress.

4. PRICING + CHANGES

Prices change. Stuff comes and goes. We might take something down or switch things up without warning. That’s just how the bodega rolls.

5. PRODUCTS

We shoot to show off our records as accurately as possible, but screens vary. Some titles are online-only. We might limit stuff, pull stock, or say no to a reseller. We make no promises your turntable dreams will come true — but we try.

6. BILLING INFO

Give us the right info. We’ll hit you up if something’s funky. We can cancel or limit orders if it smells fishy. You agree not to lie, steal, or ghost us.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Sometimes we link to or use third-party tools. Use at your own risk. We don’t control ‘em. That includes things like Meta Pixels or Google Analytics — which help us make better ads and site decisions, not sell your data to space reptiles.

8. OUTSIDE LINKS

If you wander off to another site from ours, that’s on you. We’re not responsible for what happens off-platform. Do your research.

9. COMMENTS + CONTENT

Got ideas? Send ‘em in. Just know we might use, remix, or publish them without owing you anything. Don’t post hate, scams, or viruses — or we’ll yeet your content straight into the void.

10. PERSONAL INFO

We do not sell your personal info to weird bureaucrats. We sell vinyl, not spreadsheets. Check out our Privacy Policy for the real scoop.

11. OOPSIES

Sometimes typos or mistakes happen — product listings, promos, etc. We can fix them without warning. If that means canceling your order, we’ll try to let you know.

12. DON'T BE A JERK

Don’t use our site to do illegal stuff, hack, scam, or harass people. If you act like a troll, we’ll shut the door.

13. NO PROMISES

We can’t guarantee the site will always be up or bug-free. Use it at your own risk. If something breaks, we’re not liable for your broken heart or busted speakers.

14. LEGAL STUFF

If you break these rules, you cover our legal butts. Simple as that.

15. IF SOMETHING'S ILLEGAL

If any part of this is legally uncool, it’s cut — the rest still stands.

16. END OF THE ROAD

You can bounce from HIFI BODEGA anytime. If you violate our terms, we can kick you out too.

17. FULL AGREEMENT

These terms are the whole deal. They override any old convos or assumptions. If something’s unclear, don’t assume — just ask.

18. GOVERNING LAW

We’re U.S.-based. U.S. law applies.

19. CHANGES

Terms might change. If you keep using the site after we update them, that means you’re still cool with the new terms.
